1. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on order weight:

Economy Shipping

Orders $49.99 and over: Free Shipping

0 lb – 5 lb: $4.90

5 lb – 70 lb: $19.90

Standard Shipping

0 lb – 1 lb: $6.90

1 lb – 5 lb: $9.90

Free shipping applies only when the order total is $49.99 or more after discounts or promotions are applied.

All available shipping options will be displayed at checkout prior to completing your purchase.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST are processed the same business day.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST on Friday, or on Saturday and Sunday, will be processed on Monday.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

3. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Nutra LLC reserves the right to cancel or refuse shipment of any order due to suspected fraud, regulatory restrictions, or other compliance concerns. If an order is canceled, a full refund will be issued.

4. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of delivery.

If we determine the issue was due to damage or shipping error, we may provide a prepaid return label or replacement at our discretion.

Benfitshop.com is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier.
