The soft gels are really huge but surprisingly easy to swallow. It didn't have any noticeable effect on me but I'm not sure if it needs to be taken over a longer time period..

I’ve only been taking them a few days now, but so far no ill effects. One thing to note is capsule size. They are pretty large. But since it’s a gel cap, it’s not terribly difficult to swallow. Will update review for effect.
